Sergio and his partner did an excellent job installing our new furnace and water heater. They were very professional and explained the new systems as well as how to turn them off and on, where the filter was and how to replace them. As well as showed me how to use the new thermostat and how to troubleshoot it if I run into issues. Guys we're great , Jose  let me know while doing routine maintenance that we had a system leak and got Nick out the same day with a quote . Replaced my AC unit and coil on furnace next day. pleased with Kern.  The crew showed up time.  They explained what they were going to do (I had 2 furnaces and 2 ACs replaced).  Installation went smooth. Everyone I encountered from first phone call to installation were just phenomenal. Carly at the office got me in for next day appointment after our AC went out on the hottest day of course. Marissa came out first thing the next morning and was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, just all around awesome really. She got us in for install next day which was truly a blessing, and Sergio and his coworker that did the install to replace the 30year old furnace and AC worked their tails off today to get it all finished.
